Professional Water Based Topcoats and Sealers

ENDURO CONVERSION VARNISH

Conversion Varnish is the latest addition to our professional water based product line. It is a two component post catalyzed urethane topcoat suitable for bar tops and commercial applications where ultimate durability is necessary. General Finishes Conversion Varnish has a 6-8 hour pot life once catalyzed and can be re-coated in 1-2 hours. Mix 10% of NCO catalyst by weight or volume to the Conversion Varnish (e.g. 32oz. of CV add 3.2 oz. Catalyst)

UV CURE URETHANE

GF UV Cure Urethane is a water based urethane topcoat designed for heavy duty horizontal surfaces such as bar tops and restaurant tabletops. It cures instantly once exposed to a UV-B light source and the finished surface can be used immediately. Sheens: Satin, Semi-gloss. Sold in Gallons.

Safety First! It is imperative that protective safety glasses rated for UV protection and proper clothing attire is worn during curing process. Any exposed skin can be affected by exposure to UV lamp.

ENDURO CLEAR POLY

Enduro Clear Poly is a high performing commercial grade topcoat fortified with polyurethane that delivers a very tough, durable and abrasion resistant finish. Clear Poly can be used on any project where more solids and durability are desired.

ENDURO-VAR URETHANE VARNISH

Enduro-Var is a self crosslinking polyurethane that looks more like an oil varnish than a water coating. It ambers slightly with durability suitable for residential projects, and is both sprayable and brushable. This is a good product for residential projects such as cabinets and millwork. Enduro-Var ADHERES WELL only over WATER STAINS, DYE STAINS, and RAW WOOD. Use Enduro-Var over any other surfaces at your own risk. It will adhere over an oil stain ONLY IF the stain is completely dry (minimum 4 days drying). Available in Flat, Satin, Semi-gloss and Gloss.

ENDURO SANDING SEALER

Enduro Water-Base Sanding Sealer is a clear undercoat that forms an easily sandable foundation for your project. Use under all Enduro topcoats, providing improved water & chemical resistance. The high solids content builds a fast film. Dries tack free in 10-20 minutes.

ENDURO WATER BASED PRE-CAT LACQUER

GF PRE-CAT LACQUER utilizes new technology to the polymer manufacturing process. The novel process produces a smaller and smoother polymer particle, which translates into a big increase in film clarity. In addition the Chemical & Water Resistance and Yellowing Resistance are superior to competitors, water borne or solvent.

EXTENDER

Extender is a wetting additive used to increase the drying time of any water based stain, topcoat or glaze. Available in gallons and 16 ounces individually and 4-ounce sizes by the case.

ACCELERATOR
