Our Kilns

Our Kilns: Dehumidification Dry Kiln Systems™

A large metal building with a white door is sitting in the middle of a grassy field.

In case you couldn’t guess – we’re pretty proud of our kilns, too!

A stainless steel machine is sitting in a room with bricks on the floor.

We use only dehumidification dry kilns from Nyle Systems.

This is a very important distinction: we will use ONLY dehumidification kilns – we will never bake our lumber in high heat kilns!

Using dehumidification kilns takes longer, but the resulting lumber is of a higher quality and is more stable. Dehumidification kilns also use less energy, which translates into lower overhead costs – allowing us to pass that savings onto you, our customers.

Our three Nyle computer-controlled dehumidification kilns give us a total capacity of 12,000 board feet. Within the next six months, we will be increasing our capacity to over 50,000 board feet!
